I used a kit from Beth Rimmer called That Was Easy and Word Art from Glenda Ketcham for this card.

Howdy Pardner

I made this for the youngest Grandson's birthday. I know it's the era Batman and Spidey but I still thought he'd like this little Cowboy Boot! Supplies are from Paper Wishes.

Girl Talk

Love the fun stuff in the Garden Surprise Kits at Cottage Arts. I made this one and then started looking at some Beth Ervin has made that are posted in the Card Gallery and I think I'm going to make a whole set of these, the colors are so bright and sunny, just make you happy looking at them.

Guess What!

I needed a Get Well card so started hunting in my digital supplies. I settled on a couple of kits from Cottage Arts, Garden Surprise Elements - I took the Bird 35, printed and cut him out and then drew the legs and tail back on.
I also used the Daisy Dreams Pak - I just loved the Magnifying Glass so I printed it on the Paper Daisies with the text underneath and then reprinted it again on white card stock.
I cut the middle out and replaced it with a circle of transparent film --
For the inside I used the Paper Dots and colored the dashes with a pink glitter pen from American Crafts. I inked all the edges with Color Box, added a ribbon l bought from Michaels, and used the glittery flowers and brad from 3 Birds for embellishment. The font is Pea Kate downloaded free from Fonts for Peas.

Fat Little Birdie!

I was thumbing through my latest issue of Paper Crafts Magazine and ran across a cute card made by Kim Hughes called A Birdie Told Me.

The body was similar to mine but I used some paper I had stashed back to make this floral little guy. I added a piece of cording cut from a shopping bag for his perch.
A chipboard crown and brads for eyes was really giving him some character.
II ran a die through my Cuttlebug machine to make the Hello (actually it's half the die)
And a strip of paper and a stamp completed the inside. Be sure to check out Kim's blog she is so creative and has so many great ideas!!
